My wife and I have owned this beautiful vehicle since January 2002. We are now retirees and conclude it is time to downsize. This car has been our "baby." With a Toreador Red paint job, jet black top [when up] and chrome wheels it is a real head turner. Even more so when the top has been dropped. Very fast. This gem has been stored winters and very well maintained. A complete service record of it is available from purchase date to today. That folder is thin, primarily oil changes and tire rotations. Our tires have 22,000 miles on them. The car HOLDS THE ROAD. This car neither uses nor leaks any fluids. The battery is strong. Oil changed this week. Again. A/C blows cold. Our car was involved in an accident 9 years ago, June 13, 2007. We have noted ABSOLUTELY NOTHING amiss following or relating to the repairs. This car isn't without idiosyncrasies. The wheels have minor to moderate chrome chipping. A Mustang emblem has disengaged from one of the wheels. Please note photo. Either the radio or CD player are not original: neither have a clock. The Ford Mach sound system speakers kicks butt though! The windshield wipers are 100% operational when engaged. Oddly, they occasionally display a mind of their own and can unexpectedly engage in the "intermittent" mode. It lasts a few swipes and stops. There is a minor to moderate water leak from the rear window on the passenger side. After washing the car you will find a small pool of water in the rear window well, perhaps 1/2 to 1 cup in volume. More so in heavy rain. The key fob does not unlock the passenger door. It has minor paint chips consistent with what one would expect from a 17 year old car.
