2009 BMW 335i ///M-Sport Sedan DESCRIPTION Hello Everyone, Up for sale is a 2009 BMW 335i ///M-Sport Sedan with only 89k Original Miles! Even more importantly, it's a gorgeous and rare combination of Lemans blue over black leather interior with a manual six speed transmission. It's nicely equipped with the following options, though I've left it alone mechanically as it had plenty of power for my 100 mile daily commute. I'm moving on to my next project, a 5-series, so this one is ready for a new owner!Factory M-Sport Option Package, has different mirros, bumpers, rocker panels, factory oil cooler, interior badging, steering wheel, etc.M3 replica Front and Rear Bumper19" HRE Wheels (or stock ///M Wheels if you prefer - I will include a few pictures of the stock ones below)Factory tinted windowsNew leather shift knob and bootTouch screen stereo / GPS / BluetoothNew Cross Drilled/Slotted RotorsRed Painted Calipers (it took me 4 days and 6 coats of caliper paint)The car is currently debadged, though I have the 335i emblem for the rear and am happy to properly affix it if the new owner would like.Custom Exhaust (Stock Exhaust included)Custom ///M Floor MatsUpgraded Leather, Power and Heated Front SeatsCarbon Fiber Interior Trim (or if you'd prefer, I can install Piano Black or Wood Grain trim instead)Fresh AC Charge THIS CAR HAS ACCIDENT HISTORY. I purchased it from an insurance auction in 2014. I did most of the repairs myself (I'm experienced at doing so), though it went to a professional body shop for paint work. The car had minor damage to the front and rear. Most of the parts would have been repaired if done at a body shop, as they were just dented up, though the front bumper was torn and had to be replaced. I decided to replace both front and rear bumpers because I wanted the M3 replica bumpers installed. I also replaced the trunk lid and hood because I wanted a better grade of repair. The hood was a dealer new OEM, the trunk lid was used OEM and was sourced in the original color, so it didn't have to be repainted at all. The passenger fender did have to be repainted, because there was a dent around the wheel well. The radiator, condensor, and oil cooler did not need replaced - that's how light this car was touched. Both headlights were useable, but had some scratches, so I replaced them both with another used set that I obtained locally. No suspension was replaced, though I did have Firestone give the car a full alignment to make sure it was all within spec. The repairs are done right on this car, and I've provided several close up photos so you can take a look at the panel gaps and alignment to your satisfaction. There was NO FRAME DAMAGE to this car, nor was there any damage to any underlying sheet metal. Everything done on this repair was a simple bolt on repair. I used to run a shop in which I built custom cars, so this was a very simple repair. I did it myself because I appreciate a good project, and I wanted to make sure it was done right as it is my personal car. I no longer do it professionally as I have obtained my doctorate and have a different career, but it was a fun endeavor for myself. Other than what I have described above, I had to replace a handful of minor parts such as a wheel wells, front end plastics for the air intake, etc. I also had to replace the headrest and seatbelt in the driver seat, so I just replaced both front seats with the nicer sport seats. In my opinion, this car would have never been salvaged except for the headlights were damaged, which cost about $4000 a pair at the dealer (which is why I purchased these used). The repairs are completed, though please keep in mind the car is 6-7 years old and does have a few minor dings on the exterior, but these do not detract from the overall beauty of this machine. The car does have a SALVAGE SC TITLE. It is fully insured with my insurance company and fully legal to drive in SC. Please check your state laws before bidding, there may be an inspection required to receive a rebuilt title in your state. I have driven the car nearly 20,000 miles since repairs were done, and it has been very reliable. I'm happy to show the car to any seriously interested buyer or accommodate any PPI's at buyers' cost.
