1949 Ford F68/F3 Pickup Truck, complete with original Flathead V8 motor. Rare truck in good un-restored original condition. Selling with No Reserve to the highest bidder. This Ford truck has a real nice look to it with the natural ageing of the paint. It is complete. It requires minor restoration but has very minimal rust compared to most. The front fenders are excellent and don't appear to be rusted like they usually are on these 48-52 Ford's. The floors are a little rusty and the usual spots on the bed sides but other than that it is good. The Flathead V8 motor is complete but won't turn by hand. The interior is complete with original seat. All emblems are there and in great shape. It also still has all 4 of its hub caps fitted. The pick up box floor is rotted away (wood). It would be an ideal candidate for a ratrod or restomod. An F68 model is a heavy duty 3/4 ton truck exactly the same as a Ford F3. This is because it is a Canadian truck and an F68 was a truck with a 6800lb gross vehicle weight the same as a US F3. It rolls and steers easily for loading onto a trailer.
