Vehicle Detail

This is a highly optioned car if you are familiar with the S600. Has heated and cooled pulse seats, Suede headliner, AMG package that upgrades to 18" wheels and ground effects. Like new interior. Small scuff on corner of rear bumper, 1 small door ding, some stone chips on hood, crack in center of lower bumper panel, wheels curbed. Appears to be original paint. Clean Auto Check. Recent new frt. brake calipers, all rotors, brake pads, front rotors are cross drilled, new throttle body, alternator, new Continental Extreme Contact DWS Tuned tires, battery 1 1/2 year old. every thing works, Has tool kit, first aid kit, all books and manuals. Running Problem: Car will need repair and hauled. Will run and drive, buts stalls intermittently2002 Mercedes Benz S600 was on trip for about 2 hours. Check engine light came on and died. would not crank to restart. Let set awhile and restarted, but would die intermittently. Check for codes and has P2050 fault code. Was 1 quart low on oil and added 1 qt. Cleared code and seems to run fine now. Also had a old code in history P202E, The throttle body was recently replaced. And another old code in history P2091. I wonder if the automatic low oil shutdown might have something to do with it shutting down. Don't trust driving it. Any help appreciated. If the car dies suddenly and then will not restart until it cools for a little while you should replace the crankshaft position sensor. The crankshaft position sensor is the number 1 cause of intermittent stalling and subsequent no start on the Mercedes. This problem mainly occurs after the engine has warmed up but can also occur on a cold engine as the sensor gets worse.Let me know if you have any questions.
