This 1965 Impala custom is a true gem of a California car. This number matching Impala was factory built in L.A. It has a rare 409 motor that includes a 2 speed power glide transmission. It's also fully loaded with power windows, power seat and A/C. In the 80's it was sold to a gentlemen in Las Vegas, Nevada that had plans of restoring it, but instead it was stored in a garage for many years. I bought this car in 2013 and slowly restored it to an eye catching beauty. This car has a new custom paint job, fully re-chromed and all brand new car emblems. Original black interior was installed along with brand new door handles inside and out, and a brand new stereo system. All belts and Seals were replaced for the 409 motor and suspension. The carburetor and transmission were rebuilt and a new radiator was installed. All fuel/gas/oil/water pumps were replaced along with timing chain, and all freeze plugs. For the Suspension all shocks and coil springs were replaced along with new tires and breaks.
