*Please do not message me an offer to end this auction early* 2011 Ford Ranger for sale. This vehicle was accident free until a rear end collision occurred on February 27th, 2016. Truck is being sold as is. It was not totaled by the insurance company and has a clean title, with 1 owner and no liens. The sub-frame, box, and rear suspension have been severely compromised. It is currently drivable, but it is not in safe condition. Local pickup in Omaha NE only. I am willing to work with the buyer to make reasonable arrangements to transfer the vehicle. The estimate from Dingman's in Omaha, NE to repair the truck to the pre-accident condition was $12,180. I opted not to repair the vehicle as I purchased a different truck. There are a 7 small dents on the hood as the result of a tree branch falling on it. Four new Firestone XL108T tires were installed at 73,126 miles. There have been no major engine or mechanical issues with this truck. It was a great truck for my needs. The interior is somewhat clean. This vehicle was smoked in, and a short haired dog was a frequent passenger but there were no "potty" accidents. The truck is equipped with a Viper remote start system. Buyer will need to make arrangements to activate the service. Aside from the damage on the hood, the entire front end is in very good condition. On Mar-10-16 at 09:05:21 PST, seller added the following information: UPDATE 3/10/2016 based on comments received from bidders. I uploaded a few new photos from under the box. I uploaded the pages of the estimate from Dingmans. The back panel of the cab was not damaged in the accident. The vehicle does currently drive in forward and reverse. It is not safe, but I was able to drive it home from Dingmans to my house. The rear suspension is very "bouncy" on uneven surfaces. Rear turn signals and brake lights are functioning correctly. The top of the cab is in excellent condition. There is a penny sized hole in the drivers seat upholstery (cigarette burn). The smoke smell is mild to moderate-windows were always cracked and air fresheners used, febreeze, etc.On Mar-10-16 at 09:08:59 PST, seller added the following information: Very was maintained according to Ford guidelines. Full synthetic oil was used and changed at suggested intervals.
