We are selling a 2008 Chevy cargo van. We bought the van new and it has been used as a service van for a HVAC company. The pictures tell the story of the body and interior. As far as mechanical, we have had very little trouble with this van. It has had routine maintenance done every 3000 to 5000 miles. The tires are about 60%. The brakes are recently new. The motor runs strong and has no issues we are aware of. The transmission has a repairable issue. The engine light is on and it is telling us there is 2 possible issues with the transmission. 1. The torque converter may be bad. 2. There are 2 different control modules in the transmission and 1 of those may be bad. We normally sell a van around this many miles but with the transmission issue it became an easy decision to replace the van. We have an onsite mechanic and he can plug the van in while you are here to show you the trouble codes.The van does run and drive but you can feel the tranny hesitate once in a while. Not sure how far it will make it so I would suggest trailering it until the tranny is fixed.We have a clean title in hand and an onsite notary to make the paperwork simple.
