You are viewing a one-owner, gorgeous, low-mileage, absolutely beautiful 2004 Chevrolet Suburban 1500 LS. This is a very nice example of a hard to find Suburban, equipped for mobility with a Bruno Valet Turning Lift Seat, Model TAS-2570E, which was installed at a cost of, approximately, $9,000.00. This Suburban has only 77,061 actual, documented miles on it. It is a beautiful example of a hard to find vehicle that has some very desirable options. This Suburban LS is loaded with factory options as well, including cloth power bucket front seating and full, factory carpeting, cruise control, driver and passenger airbags, factory AM/FM/CD/cassette stereo, power mirrors, power windows, power liftgate release, power locks, and factory alloy wheels. These items, of course, are just the beginning of the list of equipment on this truck. In my years of buying and selling vehicles, I have had very few that have come close to the condition of this one, it has been extremely well maintained and needs no known repairs. It is in excellent condition inside and out. It is finished in Charcoal Gray Metallic Clearcoat with Light Gray interior. It has a spotless Carfax and AutoCheck vehicle history report and, with only 77,061 actual, original miles on it, the interior is in excellent shape. It has never been smoked in. It has been extremely well-maintained and it runs, drives and handles as close to new as you will ever find. The rear compartment is equipped for third-row seating, but it is absent. We have located the correct third-row seat for it and, if the buyer so desires, we can purchase and include the third-row seat for an additional $250.00. This unit is also equipped with the 5.3-liter Vortec V8 engine, 4-speed overdrive heavy-duty transmission and much, much more. Suburbans like this one are becoming nearly extinct, so here's your opportunity if you've been looking for one of the nicest ones you will ever find, that is loaded with options, with very low mileage and that is disability equipped. This Suburban is in absolutely excellent condition inside and out and is very clean under the hood as well...the engine compartment is beautiful. I do not slather motors with Armor All to make them appear nicer, or newer, than they are. The engine compartment is exactly as it was when the truck arrived...extremely clean. This Suburban is in excellent overall condition, has been very well-maintained and has little of the normal wear and tear you would expect to find on a used vehicle. This vehicle, as most used vehicles do, will have imperfections...this typically includes; minor scratches, chips, nicks, etc., however, we could find nothing that would even show up on camera, that is how clean it is...that being said, it has no known mechanical defects and it runs and drives excellent. Please, keep in mind, we strive to find the nicest used vehicles possible, but they are still used vehicles.
