Up for auction is a 1989 Ford Mustang GT Convertible. The car is in excellent stock condition with only 45,000 miles! This is the nicest original fox body mustang I have seen since they came out! Just ask what you would like pictures of and i will send them to you. Exterior: The paint is factory bright red. It is in very good condition with only a couple small door dings. The hood and front bumper have been repainted using all OEM parts. The front bumper is original and had a small cosmetic scrape. The hood had something dropped on it in the garage and was replaced with an OEM mustang hood. The car has never been in an accident and has a clean carfax. The trim is in good condition and complete. The top is in like new condition and the power operation works well, and the convertible top boot cover is in good condition and included. All the emblems are there and original. There is no rust on the body or chassis. The wheels are original and in great shape with no corrosion or pitting. Interior: The seats are white leather and in very good condition with no rips, tears, or stains. The carpet is red and in like new condition, with hardly any wear at all. Factory floormats are included and in like new condition as well. The dash is clean and free of cracks. All of the knobs, buttons, and gauges are original and in good condition. Mechanical: The car is fitted with the 5.0L V8, and 5 Speed Manual Transmission. The car runs and drives great. It always got its regular maintenance. The engine is completely stock and runs excellent. The air filter has been replaced with a K&N Filtercharger. The mufflers were replaced about 10 years ago with OEM style ones. The plug wires have been upgraded to MSD ones at the last tune-up. It has drilled brake rotors and new pads. There are no known mechanical issues. History: The Mustang was owned by the same person since 1990. The previous owner was a friend of mines neighbor. She purchased it in April of 1990 with under 8,000 miles. It was always stored in her heated garage, that is why it's in such great condition. We finally talked her into selling it last year, and it has been in our heated showroom since then.
