Every vehicle we list has a clean title. We are available Monday-Friday 10:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M., and by appointment on Saturday to answer any questions. We generally answer the phone after hours, but if you miss us, please leave a message, and we will call you back as soon as possible.
Buyer to give us a call within 24 hours of listing close at (817)368-5766. Full payment is required within 7 days of auction end, however if you have a special circumstance such as a 401k withdraw, please contact us before purchasing, and we will be happy to work anything out with you.
We accept cashiers check, bank draft/letter, or credit card check for payment of the vehicle (we reserve the right to verify funds before vehicle leaves our possession). Buyer may pay with cash if the vehicle is picked up in person. We do not accept Paypal, or credit cards for full payment.
Please have your financing pre-approved before bidding or purchasing. If available, we reserve the right to ask for your financing pre-approval documents.
If for any reason, the buyer is unable to purchase the vehicle (financing falls through, etc), we reserve the right to cancel the transaction through eBay and the buyer must agree to the sale cancellation.

Fee and Tax Information: We are Swint Enterprises, and are a Licensed, Registered, & Bonded Texas Motor Vehicle retail company. We will require the following to TEXAS residents only: 6.25% sales tax. $33 title transfer fee. $50 document fee. $63 for windshield registration sticker. Out of state buyers or Licensed Auto Dealers will pay the purchase price plus a $50 documentary fee and a $5 temporary license plate fee, and are responsible for any taxes/registration in the buyer's home state.
