Vehicle Detail

Buy It Now/Best Offer had many watchers/bidders, but didn't quite make the sale a few days back. Now the lady would like it gone, as I currently have two mustang project cars in the garage. Located in Lexington KY, if you're out of state -please have a mode of transportation in mind so that you may be able to pickup or have the mustang shipped. Great little project car, solid 289 engine too. I just have another '68 coupe that needs more time/money. Clean KY Title (currently registered as historic vehicle).289 4bbl carPrevious owner (Richmond KY) installed edelbrock carb/intakeI've drained fuel, added sea foam, gassed up, changed spark plugs, installed electronic ignition, changed the oil and bought about $1000 worth of parts that have now been installed. Including new front/rear valances, front stone guard, coil, solenoid, voltage regulator and wiring harness. I attached the chrome bumpers (roughly) just so you can see it a little more pieced together. They bumpers pretty rough, so I'd suggest ordering some new ones eventually. Previous owner also primed the car but got a little on the chrome around the windows. Fairly straight, but some bondo in smaller places. Definitely an awesome daily driver, but wouldn't probably cut it as a big time show car. Drum brakes currently, just haven't saved up for disc yet..Dash says 43,000mi. I can only estimate that it has rollen over once. Engine starts, but definitely needs timing work. I've driven it up and down the street a few times, but usually just in and out of garage. Automatic transmission works fine, and so does reverse, but definitely needs some new tires. If I had the extra funds, I'd be all over this car this winter. Can't get more Americana with the definitive year of the start of the 'pony car' era. Ivy Green was original color and so was the black interior.Very sharp car, just needs some care and attention. The last photo is a 65 Ivy Green Mustang. Exactly like this one, once she's done!Best of luck bidding and PLEASE message questions/comments BEFORE there are 10mns left in the auction. I had over 20 best offers, but they were loaded with questions with less than 15-20mns left in the auction. I'm good at responding and can send a video of her running to your email if you'd like too. Thanks for looking! I reserve the right to end the auction at anytime if it sells earlier. Preferably you'd come see the car in person before buying, but nonetheless I'm happy to help load onto trailer or truck but CANNOT transport as I only own cars. You need to work out transportation, unless we're trading and you drop off one and pick up the other. If you have 0 feedback please don't bid, I will be forced to cancel your bid. This is my first time listing a vehicle on eBay so please make it an easy one. If there's any questions, please feel free to ask. Hopefully there are enough photos for you to get the idea. It's a project car, NOT a fastback, stop asking. Please checkout the photos and get a better feel for if this all original motor, trans, body build is for you. Please be able to make $500 downpayment after it sells. Feel free to checkout my feedback and thank you for looking!!
