1963 VW 23 Window Deluxe Microbus. NO RESERVE.This is a great driver quality bus that is in overall good condition. It runs, shifts and drives very well. Throw the surfboards in it and cruise to the beach or take it to the show. A fun ride that gets a little too much attention when ever you take it out. It has the cool California look and feel. All this ride needs is sandy feet pushing the gas pedal. *Only bid if you intend to purchase the bus and you are financially prepared to do so at the closing of the auction.1776 dual carb engine completely dialed-in. Exterior color Aqua and White. Straight body, Double Door.Interior color Tan (light brown) all seats present and matching (not original). NEW tires all the way around including the spare. NEW fuel/gas tank and lines (returned to original/stock). All electrical functional and gone through (signals/guages/lights/wiring/fuse box/etc.). Almost entire vehicle NOT repo parts. All hard to find deluxe items (complete trim package/rag handle/latches/clock/buttons/emblems/jail bars/bumper trim front and rear/ashtrays/etc.). Safari Windows and correct installation with wiper kit. Clean smooth working rag top with straight guide rails. Solid jack points with hub cap pulls at all four points.Pristine nose and corners NEVER hit. Fuel tank door with latch and church key. Exceptional condition drip rail along roof. Rubber (door seals/engine compartment seal/window seals/emergency brake boot/shift boot/brake and clutch pad/front mat/cargo floor mat/etc.). All pans/floors treated with POR-15 (rust guard). Clear title in hand. Adult owned and always well kept. Paint is ok, there are flaws and cracks. This is a Driver not a trailer queen or a concours vehicle. The driver's side door latch needs to be adjusted, it does not stay closed unless slammed. The Bus is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction/listing early. International buyers are welcome. Winning bidder must contact the seller within 24 hours after the end of auction and make arrangements for full payment at that time. A non-refundable $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 3 days of auction end. The bus will not ship until full payment is made. If no contact is made within 24 hours seller reserves the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise.
