As the years went by, it would be 1931 to mark the end of the namesake and make way for a new model in 1932. At final tally, over 4.3 million Model As hit the streets in the United States alone! Offered in over 28 body styles to choose from, not counting commercial vehicles, it was easy to find exactly what every buyer was looking for! One of the most rare offerings was the Deluxe 2-door Phaeton, available in 1930 & 1931, as style number 180A. Only 6,175 were ever produced, with just 2,229 units built in that final year offering. I bought the car with the intentions of building a hot rod and putting a Flathead v8 in her once i got it home and did the research on the car i decide i should not do that to her. This is one of those cars you may see once in a lifetime let alone own one. The car is from Argentina and currently does have a clear Florida title. I have had the engine running i its sound very good i was told it was rebuilt and i believe it but cant say for sure. Have not driven her due to the fact she needs steering box work.
