1988 Toyota 4x4 Pickup. Body is in good shape. Truck ran great and AC worked until it just cut off one day and would not start again. No compression on cylinders so I suspected the timing chain so I replaced the timing set, guides, water pump, belts, hoses and plugs but still have no compression. Timing chain was intact but appeared to have slipped for some reason. Truck would make a good parts vehicle or project. Rear bumper is missing and windshield is cracked but otherwise complete and in decent shape for 1988. Tired of working on it. Must pick up by January 15 from Cape Coral, FL or arrange transport. For sale locally as well so I reserve the right to cancel the auction if sold early.On Dec-31-15 at 14:05:15 PST, seller added the following information: Here are some additional details on the truck. I have received several requests for pictures of the underside of the truck, fenders and frame so I uploaded some more. The truck was originally bought in Atlanta and has spent the last 14 years in Florida and was garaged, so no salt damage. I did discover, while crawling around under the truck, that the muffler has a hole in it and it appears that the master cylinder is leaking. I am uploading some additional pictures along with details of minor dings on the tailgate, front valence and left rear lower corner. Rust on frame and undercarriage is light surface rust. Only rust spot I discovered is in the left fender well where I think brake fluid has been leaking (see pictures). Paint is the original silver and the sides and original decals are in good shape but the hood and roof show signs of fading. Interior is cloth with no holes or tears but some stains on the seats. Comes from a non-smoking home.
