Brand New and in perfect shape, they can easily be painted to match the rest of the car, but I was planning to install a low weight Carbon-fiber high rise hood ($1600) and a C5 type of front bumper and paint them to match. Never got that far though. I was going to then sell the INCLUDED front hood and front end (bumper) to offset the cost purchasing the lighter components. You could go either way. The high-rise hood can be purchased on eBay or other internet sites, and reduces the weight by about 70 pounds. And I think it looks much meaner. I am attaching some example mock-up pictures that I made to somewhat show what my finished car would look like with the high rise hood, 5-spoke wheels, and Thrush side exhaust.
