FOR SALE : 2003 VOLKSWAGEN PASSAT GLX 4MOTION WAGON .Anthracite Blue Exterior with Black Leather Interior. With a BRAND NEW Alternator Replacement. Just had Recent 4 wheel brake job with fluid flush , New Walmart Battery installed January 28,2015 with receipt for warranty. Had new timing belt and water pump at 200157 miles with full service and new exhaust flex pipes. Has rebuilt life time warranty ABS ECU and new connector. Also just had new PCV Hoses and Valve . Have a recent copy of CARFAX just Printed and Car needs some work to pass NJ Inspection that I don't have the time to do which due to poor health I can't complete. Perfect for parts or 4MOTION conversion . CARFAX States vehicle is worth an additional +$350 over KBB Value of $3000 so I'm selling for LESS THAN trade value only. Has Power Heated Front Seats , everything works has Built in 3 Separate Remotes in Visor , Has Sunroof Vent Shield and Window Vent Shades .Michelin Tires are 50% left on 16 inch alloy wheels , Also has MONSOON AM/FM/CD and Amplifier . NOTE : BEING SOLD AS IS DUE TO ABS WARNING LIGHT LISTED ABOVE. The ABS ECU went bad and I had it rebuilt up in Massachusetts with a lifetime Warranty. When I reinstalled it the connector from wiring harness hold down broke. I got the proper connector and soldered and shrink wrapped every wire one by one as this turns on both the ABS and Brake warning lights which triggers the MIL Light as well which won't pass NJ Inspection. My wife has been hospitalized and I just needed a replacement vehicle and never got around to securing replacement connector and getting the rebuilt ABS ECU reprogrammed to turn off the 3 lights . I also was diagnosed with Diabetes and Kidney Stones and just couldn't finish the repairs . That's why I decided to sell it as listed. As I have no longer have it Registered on the road On Dec-21-15 at 13:46:05 PST, seller added the following information: I've had several questions about flying in to pick up the car. I live next door to a NJDMV Office where you can transfer title and get transfer license plates . Open Monday - Friday 8:00- 4:00PM and Saturday 9:00AM - 12:00PM . Also I'm located 40 miles NW of EWR ( Newark International Airport ) and you can take a train from Newark Penn Station to Dover ,NJ via NJ Transit as that is the closest public transportation to where I live.
