Hi everybody. I am listing this vehicle for the elderly couple who will not be able to use it anymore, and to be sold for the benefit of our church, so your generosity is not getting lost and is for a great cause(to help save this small church that is in financial turmoil. She is a 1997 Dodge Ram 2500 Heavy duty extended van that was a very popular conversion back in the days, and still looks and drives really nice and is very useful. The milage is very low for the year and the type of vehicle it is 97000 Original, and is sold as true miles not exempt like so many other older cars. We recently borrowed it for a trip to Oregon and I have a first hand experience of how comfortable it is. The Fuel consumption wasn't bad at 16 MPG. The center reclining captain chairs are fantastic, and the rear power bed even better. The entire 2500 miles trip it never missed a beat and never over heated or had any other malfunctions. It is equipped with front and rear AC. Probably the most important feature are the front AND rear heavy duty tow hitches, that makes it really easy to launch and pull a boat, and the 2500 heavy duty chassis allows that without any trouble at all. The custom interior looks awesome especially at night with the top LED light panels. The carpet is in a beautiful shape and shows CARE. What is not so good: The couple had a rear tire blow up few years ago that resulted the rear plastic flare being damaged, as can be seen in the pictures. The seats have lines in them but are not torn. The paint although still shiny, is starting to fade in some spots. I can't describe this traveller van the way it should be by words and recommend a personal inspection. The transport is the responsibility of the buyer but I can help with logistics. I have been a long term e.bay member with a perfect feedback, until recently when I did business with a Boston car dealer, the rest is pretty obvious.
