This is a very rare 1984 R100RT "Last Edition" model. 1 of only 240 produced!Purchased new at Greg's Greenlake BMW in Seattle. Bike was pulled out of long-term storage last year (stored in a heated furnace room since 1985).The following items are new:Battery, Continental tires and tubes, brakes completely gone through with new pads, rebuilt calipers and master cylinders. Carbs rebuilt with new fuel lines. Full service including all fluids, spline and input shafts lubed. Original tool kit and manuals in perfect (never used) condition. Full documentation from selling dealership including: warranty information, brochure(s), original "Last Edition R100RT decals never installed on bike, Pre-delivery inspection sheet from dealer, Last Edition (1 of 240 motorcycles) commemorative sheet signed by dealer and VP, saddle bag brochure. Bike also comes with original saddle bags in perfect shape. I do not have the keys for the saddle bags though.Bike still has original green paint from factory on most major mounting nuts and the original factory chalk mark at the base of the cylinder (see pictures). The only flaw I can find is a hairline crack on RT upper faring just below the windshield (see picture) and some paint scuffing where the faring meets the gas tank on the right side (which you can not see with tank installed). If you want a brand new R100RT airhead, I don't think you will find another like this.
