1961 vw double cab, original color is swr, needs a lot of metal work, has rust, it does run and drive, new brake lines, shoes, master cylinder. Has a 1600 dual port, missing seats, front seat is out of a beetle and just sitting in there, the rear top back seat I believe is original and the bottom is out of a bus. 12v converted, the tranny is out of a 65 bus and shifts good, i do have the original tranny still but not sure of the condition, The original bed and gates are rough and I still have it but I built a flat bed and put it on just so I could carry stuff around town, it can be removed easily, i think like 12 bolts holding it on. this is a project but I've been driving it around as is and was planning to have the metal work done but its just to much time and a bigger project then I can handle. I hate to sell it but its time for it to go, clear AZ title, sold as is and is listed in multiple places so I might end the auction.
