Any bidders with less than a positive feedback of 10 please contact me first before bidding. I've realized I'm just not going to use the Westy like I thought. I purchased it last year from the 2nd owner (all family owned in Iowa). All belts and fluids have been replaced in the past year. To my knowledge, all propane works, and the refrigerator works as well. I will (at my cost) repair the propane if it does not work. Before the Westy moves on to the new owner, I will have the motor tuned and the propane stove functional from a local VW mechanic in Santa Fe. There is some small tearing/holes in the rear passenger area of the top, as shown in the pictures. The area affected was too small for me to really care, but full disclosure. The sliding door does have some exterior rust, as shown as well. All floors are solid and look new. The tires will need to be changed soon as I do not know their age, and they are not LT rated. The Westy drives great, and can cruise at 65 all day, straight as an arrow. Interior cushions are in amazing shape. Some mosquito nets are included with the Westy, but I'm not sure if all are there, but it sure looks to me that they are all present. Let me know if you have any other questions. I forgot to add the prior owners stored the van in a barn. There is the lightest of surface rust on the undercarriage, as shown in the pics. The Westy returned from the mechanic on 11/13/15 and the following was done: replaced plugs, replaced distributor cap, replaced oil with 20/50 weight, cleaned the newer air filter, compression was in the lower 130's on all cylinders. Hydraulic valves were in great form, and the timing was adjusted. It's ready to go camping!!
