My wife suggested I have a Black Friday sale price for the car. For the last four days, I have had best offers between $38,000 and $39,000. I have lowered the price to $40,000 for anyone who wants to spend $1000 more. My reason for selling is that I have two 1966 Maroon Vettes. For sale is a Maroon Factory AC Corvette Convertible! , #’s Matching 327/300hp engine, 4-speed Muncie Transmission, Newer Maroon Paint, Black Interior, White Soft Top, Tinted Glass, and an AM-FM Radio. The factory AC blows Cold Air! All the gauges work and lights work. The engine has been regularly serviced and maintained properly. Oil pressure is good and does not over heat. The doors fit good as does the hood and deck lid. The original frame is straight and true. The chrome bumpers are in good condition. Plenty of tread on the tires. I have the top distributor shielding and it is in good shape. The transmission linkage is tight and the clutch engages nicely. The engine pulls the car very well. FL Title is clear. This car is not perfect. I have attached photos of the blemishes in keeping honest. There is no protect-o-plate, paperwork, or jack. The horn, wipers, radio and clock do not work. The tach just started making a clicking sound. Needs front shocks and alignment. Exterior was painted but the door jams are the original paint. Left front fender has been partially replaced. No patch work.Mileage 48,500. This numbers matching Vette is a nice driver but never restored. I have owned the car for 1-1/2 yrs. Starts up immediately and fun to drive. Great investment for someone who is not afraid to get their hands dirty. This has all the right stuff for a great restoration.
