One-in-a lifetime ultra-low-mileage, 6-speed manual, mechanically sound, stunning E39 BMW M5 in carbon black, really a very dark metallic blue (see the picture of the body color against black window trirm) over carmel interior, 2000 model year, MKIII navigation (will include the nav CD for your region at no charge), sport trim, heated seats, fold down rear seats, rear window shade, partktronic, moon roof, basically all the desirable options... in really pristine condition too. Also has an aftermarket homelink II installed that works. Many have celebrated the E39 as BMW's best M5 and best car ever, for classic style, road feel, and as a practical sports car for maintenance. Although this car is used, the interior even smells like new leather - not a product either, just the actual leather smells simply awesome.... This car has been a carefully driven, well-maintained, trouble-free daily driver, so you should have no issues. My mechanic knows, any little noise and I take it in to get it corrected, case and point is the recently replaced rear suspension. You will not be disappointed. This car has some really nice upgrades too, like cross-drilled and ventilated Stop-Tech brakes, ipod connection (I love having all my albums play randomly and sound quality is Oh my Gosh great - Uses a Dice HD for the ipod Adapter for the best sound quality, better than GROM or Mediabridge, - or I can put it back to the stock CD changer if you would prefer, it's your choice), and high-end (three piece I think) 20 inch wheels (pristine, worth a good deal of the auction price just by themselves). Exhaust is factory so you will not have any extra noise. No curb rash on the wheels either (I looked really carefully and anything there actually just washed or rubbed right off), just a nicely-kept car, and everything works. Minor crack in lower front right skirt seen (seen on some of the first high-res pctures, but I didn't even see it when I was washing it). Bid with confidence and enjoy this amazing car for the long-haul, because someone will. No real issues other than a couple segments out on the small LED info display above the steering wheel which is an incredibly common issue on the E39s, and I chose not to fix it. Passes pollution inspection every time, and I have never had the check engine light come on ever - just a reliable car. The 20 inch wheels are a tight fit too, but they really make the car look special. The other negative is that you must use premium fuel only with the 400hp M5 engine, sorry. So if you would like a car that has been consistently driven, well-maintained, looks great, works perfectly, and can go 0-60 in 4.6 seconds, but has been driven respectfully instead, this is the car, and may you enjoy the best of luck!!!
