The overall condition of this classic is good. It needs some work still. The old truck fires right up. Runs cool and Drives. It has the original drum brakes but they are in working order and stop like old drum brakes. It appears to me to be the original transmission and rear end. It has a 390 V8 engine. It runs cool with no overheating problems. The 4 speed manual transmission and clutch work and it shifts good. Most of the lights work. miles on the truck are most likely not origional. The truck resides in the dry southwest corner of Utah just 100 miles from Las Vegas NV. This truck can be enjoyed the way it is as a daily driver or you could take it to the next level of restoration. I don't know what else to say other than this is a great old truck. These old classic trucks are getting harder and harder to come by so why drive a newer truck that will just depreciate. These classic trucks are like having money in the bank. The Vehicles we sell are vintage and/or old school and a certain amount of knowledge of classic cars is advised. These are not brand new vehicles so don’t expect them to be perfect. Please note that no sales are final until full payment has been made and a sales contract has been signed by both parties.
This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.
Deposit: A non refundable $500 USD deposit must be paid within 24 hours of auction close.
Note: International sales require a $1000 USD non Refundable deposit.
Payment: Full Payment is due within 3 business days unless other arraignments are made prior to auction close. International buyers will be given up to 10 days for final payment (with a $1000 NR deposit). We accept cash in person or bank wire transfers only. Vehicle will not be realesed for shipping until final payment is received and have cleared the bank.
A Utah sales contract must be signed and returned to our dealership within 3 days of auction end, all Utah residents are subject to a 6.25% sales tax that must be paid along with the final payment.
All buyers will be responsible to pay their own Licence fees and any and all applicable sales tax, inspection fee, and/or any other fees that may be required by their home State of Residency.
DOC Fee: A $150 DOC Fee will be charged on all sales no exceptions.
Shipping: The shipping is the responsability of the buyer however we can assist you with quotes if needed and we will be happy to help with loading of the vehicle. We can also help arrange international shipping if needed but an additional charge will apply.
Availability: We reserve the right to end the auction early due to onsite sale.
Storage: We allow a 10 day grace period from the date of the auction end for you to have the vehicle picked up by your shipper. Any vehicles still here beyond the grace period are subject to a $10 per day storage fee. Storage fees must be paid prior to the vehicle being released to your shipper.
