2011 Cadillac CTS Coupe74,450 miles3.6 L V6 direct injection engine with approx 400 horsepower 6 Speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters STILL DRIVE THIS CAR NOW AND THEN SO MILAGE WILL CHANGE SLIGHTLY AND CAR IS LISTED LOCALLY SO MAY END BIDDING IF SOLD LOCALLY.History:I bought this car in 2011 with a salvage title and engine issues from a body shop that had bought the car at an insurance auction and repaired the body damage to the front end but did not fix the engine. I took the car to a local GM dealer to have it fully inspected. The dealership said it might be cheaper to replace the whole Engine rather than having them take the engine apart and try to find problem. So I did the latter and replaced the engine with an LLT motor from a 2012 Camaro which has the same engine block as the Cadillac CTS only produces 318 hp Instead of Cadillac's 304 hp due to better engine internal components.After Finishing the engine swap and a full vehicle inspection by the local GM dealer, I took it to the Florida DMV to have the vehicle inspected and after passing state inspection they converted the title to a Rebuilt title, I registered it and have been driving the vehicle ever since with no issues.Performance:RevXetreme.com - Ported and polished throttlebody, intake manifold spacer which keeps the intake manifold about 30° cooler, and an oil Catch Can which keeps oil particulates from getting sucked into the intake. Next I installed a cold air intake from D3Cadillac.com Which uses a K&N air filter.To take advantage of all the bolt-ons I got a custom engine and transmission tune from TrifectaPerformance.com Finally to get rid of the factory delay in the throttle response I installed a Vitesse-Motorsports Throttle controller.I have not taken the car to a Dyno but from what other Cadillac owners with similar modifications are getting, this car should be in the neighborhood of just under 400 hp.With all that GO I installed a EBC Stage 2 Brake kit which replaces the rotors with light weight slotted rotors and green stuff brake pads.Also a Fumoto Oil Drain Valve to make oil changes easier.Now time to make it look Equally as fast.Appearance:I started by doing a CTS-V front end conversion. Which includes a hood and bumper swap on the front Which involves replacing the front impact absorber, the bumper fascia, fog lights and bezels, The right and left wheel splash guards, lower splash guards, and the upper and lower Grills.To fully black out the car I had the tail lights and the upper and lower grills painted gloss black by C&G Customs and painted the brake calipers gloss Black.Then I wrapped the interior trim, trunk trim and side vents in 3M Carbon fiber DiNoc wrap.I've done several other minor things to the car such as replacing the petals with better gripping race inspired aluminum and rubber pedals, adding Bluetooth and replacing the oil drain bolt with a Special valve allowing for tool free oil changes.This car turns heads and I love driving it and would love to keep it as my daily driver but I just bought a real CTSV and can't afford payments on the V, insurance and maintenance on both.The 3.6 L direct inject engine is a premium over the 3.0 SFI engine which offers more horsepower and averages the same gas mileage and cost thousands more.............Lots and lots of power from this engine.............premium BOSE surround-sound audio system with AUX input interface ............Sirius/XM satellite radio.......premium power leather seats for both passenger and driver......Heated power mirrors........ONSTAR on demand..........Rear back up sensors (alerts you when backing up to an object)....Ambient interior lighting..........4 way adjustable telescoping steering wheel...........premium SPORT tuned SUSPENSION... ........18 Inch factory polished aluminum wheels..........high performance tires with great tread on them.............Tire pressure monitoring system............Limited slip rear differential..............Driver memory settings..............Bluetooth connectivity...........Vehicle anti-theft........Fog lights and so much more!!!!...THE LAST COUPLE PICTURES ARE OF THIS CAR TO SHOW WHAT IT LOOKED LIKE BEFORE THE CTSV FRONT END CONVERSION AND AFTER WITH A MATTE BLACK WRAP AND THE FACTORY WHEELS, THEY ARE ALL OF THE ACTUAL CAR.
