The vehicle currently had 66,560 miles and was removed from service in Oct 2015 as part of our normal vehicle rotation cycle. The front tires have approximately 30% tread remaining & the side walls are dry rotted. The rear tires have approximately 50% tread remaining. The vehicle has a spray in bed liner installed. The exterior is in good condition. The hood has a few minor, small rock chips. The roof has 2 nickel sized plugged & sealed holes present, along with 4 small sealed screwholes present from where emergency lighting/antennas were previously mounted. The driver side rear access door has rust present on the lower edge. The lower rear corner of the cab on the driver side is rusting. There are multiple light scratches present on the driver side of the truck bed. There are multiple light scratches present on the tailgate. There are multiple light scratches present on the passenger side of the truck bed. The passenger side of the front fender has some adhesive present from where there was a decal applied. The interior is in fair condition. The driver seat bottom has a tear & is worn through on the outside edge. The lower compartment on the center portion of the dash is broken & will not stay closed. This vehicle was serviced on a 120-day preventive maintenance cycle. It was last serviced in Nov 2014 at 64,921 miles. Other repairs to this vehicle include the following. In May 2014, at 60,159 miles, the left rear tire had a leak repaired. In Nov 2013, at 58,031 miles, the mass airflow sensor, spark plugs, spark plug boots, & cylinder #5 ignition coil were replaced. In Aug 2011, at 41,874 miles, the front brake pads, front rotors, rear brake pads, & rear brake rotors were replaced. The front wheel bearings also were repacked. In Nov 2010, at 36,076 miles, the tires were rotated & rear tires replaced. In July 2010, a 33,267 miles, the battery was replaced. In Jun 2009, at 24,551 miles, the right front turn signal wiring was repaired. In May 2009, at 24,168 miles, the left front turn signal bulb was replaced. In Dec 2008, at 21,749 miles, both wiper blades were replaced. In Sep 2008, at 19,886 miles, the right front turn signal bulb was replaced. In Nov 2007, at 15,244 miles, the third brake light bulb was replaced. In July 2005, at 941 miles, the truck had a factory recall (#05S33) completed at the local Ford dealership. This vehicle can be viewed between the hours of 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays, at the City of Champaign Public Works Department, 702 Edgebrook Drive, Champaign, Illinois. The vehicle must be picked up between the hours of 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday at the same location. The City of Champaign is required to sell all vehicles through an auction process.
