This is a restoration project that was started many years ago and never finished as the owner died, sitting for several years when I acquired the car. I kept everything together as you see it now to maintain the loose parts. The car has rust, I see bondo around head lights and rockers - the pictures tell no lies, it is what it is. This is a restoration for someone who is not faint at heart, or for professionals that know exactly what this car is. My age and other projects realize this car needs to be appreciated by someone else. The motor is in the car- but partially disassembled. Transmission is out of the car. The keys are missing. The car has had indoor storage. Every car has a story - undocumented - purchased new by diplomat - to 2nd owner who died. I have the Maryland title. This is all I honestly can tell you as I am not a "Mercedes" person, the rarity and photos speak for themselves. This is exactly the way I received this car, and this is the way its going out the door.
