This was one of the most exciting cars we built so far.....I had a Lincoln flathead in storage, we brought it out one day and tried to start it after rebuilding the distributor....wham instant starting, with not even a problem. It seemed promising so we pulled out a 29 Sedan body and a frame and put it all together in about a month we had a really nice running classic.... It really runs smooth and great... it would run up to 70 mph without overdrive and this is no exaggeration....it is basically a stock v 12 with the Lincoln overdrive transmission and a 8 inch Ford rear end with about a 2.72 gear. The rear end is connected via ladder bars, coil over shocks and springs and stabilizer bar.. It is solid and drives nice.
