We also do NOT guarantee these vehicles will pass inspection unless the general maintenance is completed. What we DO guarantee is that our vehicles will be as accurately described as possible. Fee and Tax Information: A $295.00 processing fee will be added to the final price. This fee is non-negotiable and will cover your Transit Tags. This fee also includes a pickup from the local Airport, Bus station, and Train station (if there is a need). PA residents are subject to this fee but must cover all taxes and notary fees at the time of purchase. Car dealers are also subject to this fee regardless if you receive Transit Tags or use your own dealer tag. The fees listed below will ONLY apply in the event that the customer does not finalize the transaction in a timely fashion or fails to maintain communication with us. We always waive these fees as long as we can communicate with you. A $150.00 LATE FEE will be added to the final price if the full payment is not made within 3 days of the auctions end. A $10.00 PER DAY STORAGE FEE will be added to the final price if the vehicle is left on our lot over 7 days from the auctions end. Just as any Jeep Wrangler this 4.0L, 6-cylinder, engine runs like a champ! The engine starts right up with no hesitation!

The transmission shifts smoothly between gears and works properly! The 4x4 eganges easily into 4-LOW and 4-HIGH.

All of the options are properly functioning. The winch works with ease and the aftermarket fog lights work just as well! Please refer to the photos above for a visual understanding.

General upkeep such as Oil Changes, Alignment, Fluid Changes, Tire Rotations, Brake Replacement and all other General Maintence is the responsibility of the Buyer.

Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time.

A $750.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction.

This is a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. By backing out of the deal, you willingly forfeit the deposit.

The remainder is due within 3 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise.

Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.

You are bidding on a USED car and must understand that there will be normal wear and tear on the vehicle. Such things as loose knobs and panels are likely. We will do our personal best to show you every fault we find with the car but some things might go unseen to us.

We do NOT accept returns on any vehicles (Unless otherwise stated in the auction). You must read the entire auction and call with any and all questions prior to bidding. We also suggest you come and see the vehicle prior to bidding (if you are in the area). We do our best to post everything we know about the vehicles we sell. If there is something unclear, please ASK rather than assume! We will always do my best to clear everything up prior to a sale!

Also, when purchasing a used vehicle please note we do NOT service, change, or replace general wear and tear items unless noted in the auction. Here are some examples of such issues:

We also do NOT guarantee these vehicles will pass inspection unless the general maintenance is completed. What we DO guarantee is that our vehicles will be as accurately described as possible.

Fee and Tax Information:

A $295.00 processing fee will be added to the final price.

This fee is non-negotiable and will cover your Transit Tags.

This fee also includes a pickup from the local Airport, Bus station, and Train station (if there is a need).

PA residents are subject to this fee but must cover all taxes and notary fees at the time of purchase.

Car dealers are also subject to this fee regardless if you receive Transit Tags or use your own dealer tag.

The fees listed below will ONLY apply in the event that the customer does not finalize the transaction in a timely fashion or fails to maintain communication with us.

We always waive these fees as long as we can communicate with you.

A $150.00 LATE FEE will be added to the final price if the full payment is not made within 3 days of the auctions end.

A $10.00 PER DAY STORAGE FEE will be added to the final price if the vehicle is left on our lot over 7 days from the auctions end. Please contact me if you need more than a week to pick up your vehicle prior to bidding!

Due to the fact that Paypal charges a roughly 3% surcharge for every transaction, I will ONLY accept a deposit via Paypal. The remaining balance can be made by: Cash on delivery (CoD), Certified Bank Check, or a Wire Transfer. Paypal is NOT acceptable to pay the entire balance.
