1970 Chevrolet C20 2WD pickup. This truck is like a time capsule! Original owner was current owner's father, the truck has been in storage for the last 20 years. Factory a/c truck, the a/c works as it should and is cold! The dash is un-cut, still has the original "GMC" am radio, as well as full factory gauges.. All work as they should. The only added on items are the brake controller under the steering column and a mic holder on the ashtray. Even the doors are untouched and original, very rare to find these trucks without speaker holes cut into the bottom of the doors. The body is still covered in the original paint and is very clean, with very few - if any -dents and no rust; although the floor of the bed (it's steel) does have some surface rust. It has the original 350 with a granny 4-speed. The engine runs like new, starts on the 1st turn of the key, runs very strong with no smoke or unusual noises. The clutch is good and the trans shifts as it should. The tires and wheels are new. This truck is the 3/4 ton C20, but it does have the swing arm/coil spring rear suspension. As solid and straight as this truck is, it would be a great start for a custom C10/C20 project.The truck is priced at $7500, with a little clean -up and the replacement of a few small items it could be worth a great deal more.
