***NO RESERVE, BID AND WIN*** Originally invested about $3,000 in custom parts/accessories for the Bonneville and paintwork, including the following: completely repainted gas tank, steel fenders, and side covers in authentic vintage Triumph Sky Blue and Silver Sheen paint from Don Hutchinson (a well known paint source for vintage Triumph restorers) and gold coach lines; the plastic reflector was removed from the bottom of the rear fender, the raised area was ground down and the mounting hole was welded closed original "mouth organ" style tank badges replace the stock ones for a pre-'66 look a chrome molding was applied to the top centerline of the gas tank for a vintage look Specialty Spares full exhaust system (headers on back), eliminates the kink in the factory pipes and gives the bike a '60s Bonneville look and sound Triumph gel seat with white piping replaces the stock seat for greater comfort and a vintage look vintage-style Hagon black over chrome covered shocks replace the factory shocks chrome valve cover replaces the silver painted one the chrome front fender stays were powder coated black for a vintage look the plastic factory turn signals were replaced with Mecatwin-X brushed alloy turn signals, front and rear, and the rear ones were relocated to the top of the shock mounts the factory taillight was replaced with a vintage Lucas-style integrated taillight and license plate holder the flat factory headlight was replaced with a brighter, rounder and more vintage looking sealed beam unit rubber fork gaiters were installed chrome vintage-style horn replaces the factory unit Western style handlebars from Bella Corse with vintage Beston Gran Turismo grips were added D9 bracket was installed to lay the gauges down flat, in a more vintage style Triumph center stand was added for convenience Triumph 9-volt accessory socket was installed under the fuel tank (using the OEM connector mounted under the fuel tank - no splicing) to allow quick plug-in of the Battery Tender when parked (and to charge your cell phone or power your heated clothing while riding) The bike is in great condition. Never dropped. Low miles. Recently changed battery at local triumph dealer. Inspected in August of 15. I'm selling, because I'd like to do some updates on my house and I'm getting out of riding all together. Included in the sale are 4 triumph jackets, 3 pair of gloves, a triumph rain suit, 3 Shoei helmets (helmets are silver/gray, black, and multicolor gray/black), a vintage Triumph seat, and stock pipes.
