I have a very nice running and driving xke that has had a full mechanical and cosmetic resteration. I built this xke to drive and enjoy. I have done a lot of updates to this car to make it relieable and use on a daily basis if the new owner wants. I have owned the car for 5 years. The car is very fast with the engine upgrades and all systems have been rebuilt. I will list everthing that has been done to the car. the car was always a texas florida car . Body: was stripped and panal fit and fine finishing done. there was no panal or rust repair done. the body was painted in base/clear coat. the panal fit is good doors and hood line up nice. the paint finish has good depth. chrome the bumpers are nos so the chrome is factory quality the door handles and other chome shows well. there is no reproduction chrome on the car. the interior chrome is nice with little pitting but does show its age. Nice patina. Interior the headliner is original and shows well for its age no rips or tears in it. The frunt seats have been redone with Connelly leather the dash pad and carpets are new. the carpet is wilton wool and looks very nice. the back seat door panals and the whole rear is original and shows very well there are no rips or poor quality leather. the rear seat has aged very well and is well looked after. the speedo was rebuilt by neisinger and all the other gauges work well. the clock was replaced but I have the original. all the rocththkers work fine. suspension the front and rear have been rebuilt with new bushings,ball joints tie rod ends rear suspension mounts all the bearings are in good shape. the up rights have been polished and the car handles very well. New hardware was used. brakes the brakes were all rebuilt with new master cylinder new booster new clutch slave. The front calipers were updated to modern ones which makes the car stop wery well. the rear calipers were resleved and due not leak. brake fluid flushed every year engine the engine was rebuilt by the last owner but I due not have any paperwork on it. I know it has good oil pressure and runs very well the compression is good. I have made many updates starting with the webber conversion. I have it dialed in so well they are fantastic. I also installed a 123 dist and bosch coil. never have a starting condition and I have a great spark. the cooling fans were updated and I have the factory one as well. makes driving in the summer problemless the transmission shifts well new clutch if you have any other questions please email me and I will get back to you
