This is an absolutely rust free 1949 Ford F1 half ton pickup. It is a very nice unmolested stock F1. It has a 1949 Merc flathead engine. When we bought the truck 10 years ago, we were told by the previous owner that the engine had been rebuilt. We can’t confirm that, but we have driven it about 5,000 miles. The engine runs well. The truck has a 4 speed granny gear transmission, Smithy mufflers and original rear end. The truck has been converted to a 12 volt system. The gas tank has been flushed and lined. The truck has new taillight assemblies and lenses, stainless steel front and rear bumpers and brackets, grille molding set, rear license plate bracket, and windshield. The interior has new sun visors, headliner, radio delete plate, rubber floor mat, and upholstered seat. The truck has a banjo steering wheel. The vehicle runs and drives well. It has a clear Arizona title. Feel free to come and look the vehicle over before you bid. In fairness to all bidders, please do not ask us to disclose the reserve price. We will not do so.
