Vehicle Detail

Up for auction is a very nice older restored 1930 Model A Ford Standard Tudor. Very dependable... starts right up every time hot or cold. The car was restored sometime during the early eighty's. The car is mechanically sound and runs drives and stops as it should. The engine has no issues. No smoke, no noises, no overheating, and no antifreeze leaks. Engine has been completely detailed. The carburetor and starter have been recently rebuilt. It is equipped with a one wire alternator for dependability. The transmission has no abnormal noises, does not jump out of gear, and shifts as it should. The clutch works very well and does not chatter at all. It's probably the smoothest clutch I ever encountered in a Model A. The differential has no issues at all. Mechanically, the car is as sound as can be. During the restoration, a new replacement interior and headliner was installed. It does show some wear but is very presentable and usable as you can see in the photos. All dash gauges, external lights, and interior dash and dome lights work as they should. The car is equipped with a grille guard, motor meter with wings, dual outside mirrors, instrument panel courtesy light, dome light, spare tire cover, an added battery cut off switch, and original Ford tools in a replacement pouch. The wood graining on the dash and window surround trim was nicely done and is a nice upscale touch for this car! I would say that the tires are older but in good condition. The front suspension is tight with no issues at all. It has Ford script headlight housings. It does not appear that the body was ever repaired for rust out issues as it is all genuine Ford steel with no apparent body patches. It is an older repaint with black fenders, and Kiwanne and Elkhorn green body. It has been touched up in places, but it is very presentable as is. The roof material and structure appear to have been done right and are in excellent condition. The mileage listed is what shows on the odometer. I have no idea what the original mileage is. This is just a nice old car. I don't know why, but it just makes me smile every time I look at it. Oh... and the classic ahooooga horn works exactly as it should! This is a great car to get in and cruise the country roads or a home town parade. Any questions will be answered promptly. I can be contacted at 603-483-2355. All inspections are welcome as long as they take place before the auction ends. For the record, I am a private seller... not a dealer. Please read the following.... I reserve the right to end the auction at any time as the car is for sale locally. Bidders with very low or no feedback need to contact me prior to bidding. There will be a $500.00 non refundable deposit made by Pay Pal as soon as the auction ends with the remainder paid within 7 days of the auction close. For the remainder, I will accept bank wire transfer, or cash at time of pick up only. If a bank check is used, funds have to be clear in the bank for 7 business days before the car or title is released. I will accept US funds only. European bidders should contact me prior to bidding. Shipping is the complete responsibility of the buyer. I will assist as far as being there when the transport truck shows up. I will accept the transport truck during daylight hours only. The transport driver must be able to speak with me in English! With all that said, good luck and happy bidding! On Aug-30-15 at 16:26:01 PDT, seller added the following information: In the auction it is stated that the vehicle has an existing warranty. I have no idea how that happened but I can not edit it. The vehicle has no warranty or guarantee what so ever. Although it has no mechanical issues, it is being sold as is. On Sep-04-15 at 07:48:23 PDT, seller added the following information: When I started the auction, I forgot all about the fact that I am working a church fair this weekend when the auction ends. I will be in and out all weekend so if I don't answer a question immediately, as I usually do, I will answer the question when I get in. Hopefully this doesn't cause an inconvenience with bidders or prospective bidders. Payment details and all other pertinent information is there so there shouldn't be an inconvenience to anyone. Thanks and good luck bidding.
