1978 Low Mileage Thunderbird. I am the second owner of the car and purchased it from the original owner in 1979. Car has been in storage since 1987 and was always stored during the winter so car is rust free. Car has several factory options including: - T- Tops- White Leather interior- 6 way Power drivers side seat- Lipstick Red Paint (paint code 2U) with red vinyl top- Dual Sport Mirrors - Sport Instrumentation Group (Tach, Oil pressure, Water Temp, Amperage, Clock)- Interior Lighting Group (Under dash Lighting, dual Map lights, Under Hood lighting, Trunk Lighting)- Front Cornering Lamps- Deluxe Bumper Group (Bumper Guards & black horizontal strip)- Tilt steering wheel- Cruise Control- AM/FM Stereo Radio I installed a set of Centerline Champ 500 rims in 1980. The original wire spoke hub caps are included in the sale. For the known issues with the car:- Body has a few small dents from parking under a walnut tree once and some door dings.- Two small dents on hood where an item was dropped while in storage. Could be paintless dent repaired if desired. (dents are shown in one photo)- The Lacquer paint has checked . This is noticeable when the light hits the car just right. (checking can been seen in one photo)- Some of the white plastic interior panels have yellowed but none are cracked and could easily be painted with SEM interior paint to match again.- One of the original wire hub caps has some curb rash on it. When removed from storage:- The brakes were bleed and new seals installed in calipers, wheel cylinders and Master cylinder- The Gas tank was cleaned and flushed.- The Carburetor was cleaned and rebuilt.
