Here is a solid 1961 Cadillac Convertible out of very long indoor storage from Northern NY. It was originally from Quebec Canada. There is an inspection sticker dating back to 1968. The previous owner said he has not driven it in 15 years. Hooked up a battery and all the electrics work, power seat, power windows, lights and radio. Power top makes noise but no action. It has fog lites and power trunk.Got it to crank over. Will try to work on getting it running this week. I come to realize I won't have time to spend on this beauty. So I'm offering it up for someone else to complete. Its a solid and straight car. No rot through on the body.All body panels are solid. Underneath seems solid, with your typical surface rust from sitting.The trunk looks very solid with spare trunk assembly and jack. The engine is complete under the hood.The leather interior is all original and not in bad shape , except for some spots that can be fixed to make it a nice driver.Dash, door panels and visers are all very good.The top is original and weathered. All the glass works including the little crank vents. The driver and passenger door windows have cracks. Easy to replace flat glass. Windshield is good.The stainless is all there and in very nice condition. The bumpers are soild with some pitting down low. The colors are factory matching.Its a great looking car. Easy resto. Being sold AS IS...These Convertibles are hard to find in this condition. Serious bidder only please.Happy bidding!!
