Hello. You are looking at a 1976 Mercedes Benz 240 D. This Vehicle is in beautiful condition. It has absolutely no rust anywhere. It has never been driven in the winter, never exposed to salty roads. The interior is also perfect. The ceiling is completely attached and tear free, The Seats still appear new, except for one tiny tear in the drivers seat. The floor is beautiful. The dashboard is in perfect condition also. This car drives very nice as well. No abnormal shake or noise. Three speed transmission. Four cylinder diesel engine. Purrs like a kitten. This vehicle was wrecked last fall. Ran off the road into a bank. Mashed the front right fender pretty bad, bent the front bumper. I got the damage professionally repaired. Frame shop pulled the frame straight, straightened bumper, new grill, new radiator, front end alignment, and it looks like new again. The paint for the fender is a very slightly darker blue, since the original paint on the car is nearly forty years old, and they used the paint code to match paint, but this is barely noticeable. It has an aftermarket CD player. CD player and AM FM radio work. AC gets cool, but not super cold, probably needs a recharge. Heat works well. Just got a brand new inspection.
