Beautiful 2001.5 S4 Tiptronic Low Miles, Very Straight Clean Car, Non Smoker, Only Mature Adult owned and Driven. This Car has been babied and not abused like most of these I have owned this car for 7 years and absolutely Love it but I have more need for a truck at this time so I am reluctantly offering it for sale. It has under 117K miles on it... It Runs and drives great and has ice cold A/C and great heat in the winter with heated seats . I am a 54 year old lover of Special vehicles and this car has been my baby mostly used for weekend trips, not a daily driver but is driven at least once a week and I would drive it anywhere. This car was completely stock and original when I bought it and I have spent thousands on it to upgrade and improve this already fine car. This car has a wonderfully straight body with original paint and no previous body repairs to any of the sheet metal. Way above average for a 14 year old car. The interior is also in Excellent condition. This is a later 2001 model known as a 2001.5 that many improvements had been made to and are more desirable. I am sure I will forget some but I have replaced. ..... All Rotors (drilled slotted)....Brakes (ceramic Akebono)....ALL Timing components (belt, tensioners, damper, also serpentine belt tensioner) .....both water pumps......cam seals and plugs.... cam chain tensioner gaskets (yes I found out after I paid to have valve cover gaskets replaced twice that there is more to it to fix that annoying little oil leak) also put another fresh timing belt in when the cam seals were done since it all had to be removed again.... New (not rebuilt) A/C Compressor......Rear brake caliper.... hood lift supports..... Front Axles (due to torn boots)..... Various front end suspension parts (anything that had slight wear) and front end Alignment..... Brand new Audi Bose factory stereo to replace the original only because the cassette player didn't work right and I don't even play cassettes..(Crazy???) New LCD because of a few bad pixels..... Phatbox 20 gig MP3 system that replaces the cd changer (also have the cd changer...... and I am sure there's more but you get the idea. Always adult owned, non smoker vehicle. Has had very regular oil changes, etc.. I take very good care of my vehicles. Running Torco synthetic in it now (just changed) ... usually run Motul both super high quality oils. Has 18" wheels on it now with Firestone tires in good shape but if you would rather have the stock wheels with like new Hankook ice/ snow tires you can have your choice but not both...... I love it but have 6 vehicles insured so it's time to make some cuts. I have only put 22K miles on it in 7 years due to having so many other vehicles that it is sharing my love with. My cars are always priced very fairly and priced to sell. You can find nicer B5 S4's but they will cost much more. Cheaper ones are out there but will not be as nice and will cost more in the long run...... If you are the kind of person who wants to tell me the car only books for whatever or one sold for cheaper just like mine and all used cars are equal and quality means nothing only price, ... Well keep looking this is not for you. If you are a serious lover of nice condition performance luxury cars and would like to own a car that is AWD, Twin Turbo and gets 24 mpg on a trip with serious muscle car power come take a look, bring cash and I don't think you will be disappointed...... I baby the car!. It is very powerful and smooth running. you just touch the gas and you will love the feel of it's smooth power. I have owned many high performance true muscle cars in the past that are way overpriced now and this car has the power to match but AWD and better gas mileage. A Great condition Classy Car that will go in all weather, get good gas mileage and has more power than you will need is the reason I have had this car for 7 years instead of my usual 3-4... and my wife loves to drive it as much as I do!No Joy Rides! What Does it Need?? has some stone chips in the windshield that were there when I bought it but have never got worse exhaust is original and sounds good but clamps were replaced and flex pipes were getting frayed so re-wrapped to protect so exhaust being 14 years old may be a future need Sometimes the cruise control takes several attempts to set but works fine then and holds speed perfectly, ??? not sure why, maybe it's me Honestly that is all I can think of but it's a 2001 and can not predict the future and you may see something I don't It is 14 years old and in great shape but naturally it does have some stone chip touch ups a few barely noticeable scratches, very tiny dings, and other imperfections that you would expect but looks great. ...No trick photography or disappointments. The car looks great in pictures and in person!.. The Car is driven but very well cared for, not a museum piece, BE REALISTIC. I believe in total disclosure and honesty. I don't need to sell the car but would like to make room. Not like the car dealers that run the same ad for every car saying that it runs great, body is great, interior is great but it has rust, dents and ripped seats ....and you are going to trust them???
