The overall condition of this classic is very origional and amazing for being almost 70 years old. The old truck fires right up and purrs like a kitten. Runs cool and Drives like a 1946 ford. It has the original drum brakes but they are in great working order and stop like drum brakes. It appears to me to be the hard to find original Flathead V8 with a 4 speed standard transmission and It has great power. It runs cool with no overheating problems. The 4 speed manual transmission and clutch are in working order. The headlights, tail lights and brake lights are in working order. (The speedometer is not working so the mileage is not original?). No major oil leaks!!! Tires appear to be in good condition. The truck resides in the dry southwest corner of Utah just 100 miles from Las Vegas NV. This truck can be enjoyed the way it is or you could take it to the next level of restoration. I don't know what else to say other than this is a great old truck. These old classic Fords are getting harder and harder to come by so why drive a newer truck that will just depreciate. These classic trucks are like having money in the bank. Very Origional Condition 1946 Ford Stepside F1 Pickup Truck
Wow this is one nice old 1946 Ford Step-side Pickup. The overall condition of this classic is very origional and amazing for being almost 70 years old. The old truck fires right up and purrs like a kitten. Runs cool and Drives like a 1946 ford. It has the original drum brakes but they are in great working order and stop like drum brakes. It appears to me to be the hard to find original Flathead V8 with a 4 speed standard transmission and It has great power. It runs cool with no overheating problems. The 4 speed manual transmission and clutch are in working order. The headlights, tail lights and brake lights are in working order. (The speedometer is not working so the mileage is not original?). No major oil leaks!!!
Tires appear to be in good condition.
The truck resides in the dry southwest corner of Utah just 100 miles from Las Vegas NV. This truck can be enjoyed the way it is or you could take it to the next level of restoration. I don't know what else to say other than this is a great old truck. These old classic Fords are getting harder and harder to come by so why drive a newer truck that will just depreciate. Deposit: A non refundable $500 USD deposit must be paid within 24 hours of auction close.
Note: International sales require a $1000 USD non Refundable deposit.
Payment: Full Payment is due within 3 business days unless other arraignments are made prior to auction close. International buyers will be given up to 10 days for final payment (with a $1000 NR deposit). We accept cash in person or bank wire transfers only. Vehicle will not be realesed for shipping until final payment is received and have cleared the bank.
A Utah sales contract must be signed and returned to our dealership within 3 days of auction end, all Utah residents are subject to a 6.25% sales tax that must be paid along with the final payment.
All buyers will be responsible to pay their own Licence fees and any and all applicable sales tax, inspection fee, and/or any other fees that may be required by their home State of Residency.
DOC Fee: A $150 DOC Fee will be charged on all sales no exceptions.
Shipping: The shipping is the responsability of the buyer however we can assist you with quotes if needed and we will be happy to help with loading of the vehicle. We can also help arrange international shipping if needed but an additional charge will apply.
Availability: We reserve the right to end the auction early due to onsite sale.
Storage: We allow a 10 day grace period from the date of the auction end for you to have the vehicle picked up by your shipper. Any vehicles still here beyond the grace period are subject to a $10 per day storage fee. Storage fees must be paid prior to the vehicle being released to your shipper.
