Up for your consideration is a genuine one owner 1972 Pontiac Grand Prix. This is a southern Texas automobile that never left Texas and has no rust. There is 65934 documented original miles. Now for the particulars This beautiful 1972 Pontiac Grand Prix is finished in the rare original monarch yellow with one quality repaint done 11 years ago. The interior also was redone 11 years ago. The carpeting, door panels, headliner and seats were all done at that time and done very professionally. Interior looks like new and also the dash is very nice with no cracks. The vinyl top was replaced when all the above work was performed. All weather stripping is in excellent condition with the exception of driver’s window weather strip which should be replaced. This Grand Prix was used very little after all this work was performed. The undercarriage is very solid with all original floors again with no rust. The 400 V-8 engine and the 3 speed turbo hydramatic automatic transmission perform very well with no issues. Tires are Firestone 380 white walls which are in very good condition. The front suspension is tight with no problems. The air conditioning compressor has been replaced and system has been converted to 134A. Two known problems are the high blower fan for heater-AC does not work and the fuel sending unit in the fuel tank operating the fuel gauge also does not work properly. Documentation is complete from February 27, 1972 when purchased from Superior Pontiac in San Antonio, Texas by Rosalie Borland of Converse, Texas. All books, bill of sale, build sheet, window sticker and much much more were all saved by Mrs. Borland. Overall, what an opportunity to own a nice 1972 Pontiac Grand Prix with only 65394 original documented miles with complete documentation from new. The bottom of the doors are very nice and again free of rust. The engine and transmission are original to the car. One correction on the listing is the mileage is 65934 not 65394.
