I bought this car to restore completely but it was such a survivor that I decided to just do a minimum work in certain areas where there was some rust and trying to keep as much of the original paint as possible. Even though these cars were known as let's say rust prone this particular car surprisingly was not that bad. Mostly some surface rust where it had blistered thru and was repaired and painted. Only one area near the sails where it was actually rust through but was repaired an area of about 10 inches by by two. Has typical rust at the bottom of doors, 80% of the car its original paint in really nice shape. Floors and trunk are solid. Spare tire well has a rusted thru spot, easily fixed. To get it running and drive-able which is right now and inspected and registered. I replace the carpet door panels front seat covers and dash. New brake master cylinder generator. Car drives beautifully good breaks everything works except the clock. Oh yeah new gas tank and sender. I would call this car a daily driver but with very little effort to fix some minor imperfections and if you like maybe a paint job? it can be made into a really beautiful car.
