1973 Pontiac Trans Am

1973 Pontiac Trans Am for sale (2V87Y3N107878). Original Buccaneer Red with Black Interior. As you can see, this car is pretty rough and was last tagged in 1983! Formerly a 455/AT car but both are missing. Car will need extensive sheet metal work, especially a new roof line and other hard to repair areas such as below rear window (deck lid shifted down about 1/2 inch when closed). Frame rails look good from what I can see along with front sub-frame. Rear axle is posi-traction but front yoke was removed and while it rolls some, it does lock up and drag also. Will need trunk pan, floor pan (cowl doesn't look too bad), doors, quarters, fenders, roof, etc... Hood isn't very bad, just some rust through on side walls. Endura nose isn't torn, grills look very good, tail panel is good shape, rear bumper needs chrome but straight. On the interior, the gauges aren't original but are 8k tach and 160 mph speedometer. Don't have any keys, steering is locked so I disconnected it at the steering box. Had to drill the trunk lock also. Was an A/C car and ductwork is present and good shape. Seat tracks are toast and seats are fair (frames and backs pretty good). Bill of Sale only, no title required in Alabama. I have a 1976 455 (was running when pulled, may needs gaskets and rebuild, took it in a trade) and TH400 core for additional $1000.00 if wanted.
