Vehicle Detail

Vintage ~1969 TRIUMPH 650CC Flat Track/TT Display Only Retired Racing Bike This VINTAGE Dirt Racing DISPLAY bike...would be a Great Business Show Room display or "Man Cave" display bike (Restaurant, Museum, Store display, etc.). Her ~1970 TRIUMPH BONNEVILLE T-120 R Engine etc is Present and I think Looks GREAT ! But this was intended to be a Display only Bike & Therefore, She is NOT a running, bike & this is Not a functional bike & was not assembled or built to be a Functional bike (mainly because the engine has no internals). Again, This is a “Display Only” bike made with a ~1970 Open Class Triumph 650cc BONNEVILLE (# T-120 R DU18591) Engine Cases. that has been converted to one carburetor. at this time & her engine has been altered to fit into a retired T100 500CC Vintage Dirt Racing frame. This was a retired Extensively Up-Graded TRIUMPH T-100 Twin Dirt Racing chassis with "ITALIAN RACING" ALLOY "CERRANNI" STYLE front Forks & also rear "Air Heart Racing Disc Brake and Hydraulic Caliper" with no master cylinder & lines etc. Also: front and rear vintage "BARRONI" ITALLIAN RACING "ALLOY"wheels and also "VINTAGE" front & rear VINTAGE ~ 1970s English Dunlap K70 "Gold Seal" 1970's Flat Tracking/TT racing 400 X 18" and 400 X 19" tires. .. Her Upgraded fiberglass RACING gas tank is also from a Retired Vintage Racing Triumph (Vintage Pearl Blue) with lots of Dirt Racing personality (with paint splits, stains, chips, & some adhesion bubbles, etc.). Her Rear shocks look to be some kind of Vintage "TRICK" USA "CURRANT" Shocks ...(Like the Italian ALLOY Wheels & ALLOY Forks these were said to also be.. "One of the Very Best Early Dirt Racing Rear Shocks", folding foot pegs and an updated Triumph more ROAD RACING Style Seat and Vintage 650 BONNEVILLE "TT & FLAT TRACK" Racing pipes. ** Again, this retired vintage dirt racing bike & this is a “Display Only” bike that is not intended to be a running or a functional bike. Again, Her rolling chassis was a retired & extensively Upgraded & altered ~1969 T-100 Triumph vintage dirt racing chassis and her “Display” (Empty Shell) T 120 R TRIUMPH BONNEVILLE engine was altered to be able to fit in this Vintage Racing Frame. * * * * Please Note: This was Originally listed on ebay a couple of days ago but we had to re-start the auction as there was an error in the Starting price...Ebay stated "this could only be corrected by restarting the auction for the remainder of the auctions term"...Unfortunately, the auctions number had to also change accordingly.. I am sorry for any Inconvenience... < < < Did you know that in ~1966 or 1967 ..I believe A TRIUMPH T100 Twin WON the Coveted 'OPEN CLASS' ..."INTERNATIONAL "SIX DAYS TRAILS" World Challenge Race Event That Year !!!!! > > > As indicated she has an "AIR HEART Rear DISC & CALIPER" TITLE INFORMATION:Again...Yes ! is 100% Free & Clear of any back fees and is at this time 100% off the DMV computer system (Which Is Really Good NEWS ! for a Vintage Bike like this)Here is some More GREAT NEWS ! ...I will be including a California Dept. of Motor Vehicles (Notarized) DMV TRANSFER of OWNERSHIP ("Bill of Sale") from myself to you the new owner.. which from what I hear in states outside of California, should be what you need to register it if you live inside or outside of California. ... (IE) If you just want to Vintage Race or Vintage Show this bike at Vintage bike & car meets & Shows... the Notarized DMV TRANSFER "Bill of Sale" should be all you will need...I will also include a copy of the California Department of Motor Vehicles Current DMV Computer Records Print Out on this Wonderful Bike that shows & Proves that because this Beauty was in storage for the past Aprox. 2+ Decades (TWENTY PLUS YEARS) .. AGAIN, PLEASE NOT: there are No Current DMV Computer Records ("WHICH IS REALLY GOOD NEWS" ! ) on this Wonderful bike & therefore there should be NO DMV PENALTIES, NO DMV back fees and NO DMV back taxes etc etc. owed on this Wonderful ~1969 TRIUMPH Retired Dirt RACING Bike". Whether you live inside California or in any of the other 50 states & If you attend Vintage Bike Meets, Vintage Bike Track Races & Vintage Bike Shows etc the Notarized Calif. DMV "Bill of Sale" (Vehicle Transfer & Reassignment Form) is all you will need. If you would like to register this bike here in California to be used as an everyday street legal bike here in California my Vehicle Registration Office said that because this bike had been in covered storage for many years (the last 2 + Decades) therefore if you live here in California & feel you want to make this an everyday street bike & get license tags on her again .....Again, it will be Easy because this bike is currently off the DMV Computer books & therefore there will be NO back fees (as typically after about 10 years California DMV records fall off the DMV Computers Systems ) and Again, you can make this a currently registered Street bike here in Calif. & also please Note: Again, lic. tags are NOT required for Vintage Bike Races Car & Motorcycle Shows & Vintage Flat track Track & or Moto/cross Racing events etc here in California & also keep in mind California street license tags are also not required if you live out of state & do Vintage Bike Shows and Events etc etc etc) ..please feel free to email me or call me if you need me to clarify this any further. Order by: Please ask all of your questions and do all of your research, prior to bidding on this bike in fairness to all parties concerned. "HOW WOULD YOU LIKE TO SEE THIS VINTAGE EXAMPLE of a TT / FLAT TRACK RACER * "EYE CANDY' IN YOUR GARAGE" ! IMPORTANT.. * * * " Auction Bidding Rules " * * * ..Please Read Before Bidding.. (IE) Buyer Must Make a Pay Pal 500 dollar deposit (Non Refundable) if he hits the "buy it now" or if for some reason it goes the full 10 day auction term the 500 Deposit is due within 24 hours of auction close & then within 3 days (3 working days M - S) post auction FULL funding is Due or you are in forfeiture of this auction ... Mainly for Liability reasons ... Buyer agrees to assume all risks & liabilities after time of sale concerning this Beautiful vehicle & like all used vehicles typically sold here in California for that reason is being sold As Is... Which is the case with used cars & Vehicles sold in California Again this is being sold in “AS-IS” condition with “NO IMPLIED OR EXPRESSED WARRANTIES”. Again, Please ask any questions, do any required inspections etc etc "LONG BEFORE YOU BID ON THIS ITEM" In fairness to others bidding involved in this Vintage 650ccTriumph BONNEVILLE powered Display T100 bike's auction On Jul-13-15 at 21:51:25 PDT, seller added the following information: Thank You for your question: ...I meant make mention that in the auction but I forgot to add..."That with a T100 engine this could be relatively Easily be Made into a Very Cool & Very Nicely Appointed & "VERY FUNCTIONAL" Vintage Dirt Racing Bike... It appears that the prior owners were very careful to make any alterations in adapting the 650 engine to mainly just the bikes "Engine "Bolt On" accessory covers Only"..(IE) The Great News is... any small adaptation appears to be only to the minor engine accessory covers & best of all it appears they left her T100 frame "Very Intact" (IE) the only two things I could detect were done to the mainly only the minor "Bolt On" engine accessory covers of the engine (IE) (1) the top center line area of each of the engines two "Bolt On" 650 valve covers are notched a little (so that the Main horizontal under tank Frame Support Tube etc that is just above the engine "COULD REMAIN COMPLETELY INTACT" & that was all that was needed be able to just barely clear the slightly taller 650 engine & the only other minor engine alteration I could find was only to the engines "Bolt On" left trans accessory cover (the ~1" thick cover between the trans case & the trans's outer cover) is also notched (relieved) to make just enough room for the slightly longer 650 engine to fit in the otherwise stock T100 Main Frame Assembly. Otherwise, the T100 frame and 650 BONNEVILLE Engine case shells etc., look to me as far as I can tell "Look to be Very Intact". So.. to answer your question YES ! to make this a Nice Functioning Vintage Dirt Racing Bike...adding your T100 Triumph engine or DAYTONA Triumph Engine would get you pretty much there. (IE) Her Front & Rear Suspension looks Functional & The Front Brake I believe is in place & I believe is functional...The Only other thing I can think of ...is you will need a Go-Kart Air Heart (or most any go kart master cylinder.. Which I have seen for sale typically for about 30 to 50 US dollars & then you should be very close to Riding & Showing up your Vintage Racer Friends with this "Legendary Dirt Racer" that is Wonderfully Equipped & I think also a Beautifully Appointed & Assembled Vintage Dirt Racing Classic. On Jul-16-15 at 10:44:26 PDT, seller added the following information: Hi, again... there is a small typo in the auctions above information: "Her retired Vintage Triumph Extensively Upgraded T100 (500cc) Dirt Racing Rolling chassis' ( VIN # is H 42527 ) " <<< Please Note: the last number of the VIN is a 7 not as I had typed in a Z in the auction >>> These numbers are Very Clearly stamped and are Very Unaltered etc etc.......
