The trailer in the pictures is NOT INCLUDED IN THIS AUCTION. This auction is ONLY FOR THE CAR. I am listing this car for my parents. My father bought this car new from a Ford dealer in west Texas. Later, the car was owned by my grandparents. Although the car spent many years under a carport in west Texas, my parents got the back from the estate and it is currently located in Deer Park, TX. This car needs a full restoration. The driver, passenger, and both back doors open and close normally. However, the tailgate door needs attention. I have not been able to get the rear glass down or open the 2-way tailgate door because of the electric motor for the rear window not operating. Therefore, I do not know if there are other damaged parts keeping the tailgate door from operating. The engine is a 390 2V and does run. I replaced points, carb, and some other tune-up parts several years ago and had the engine running by pouring gas in the carb. My brother has also started the car a few times since then. The car is not drivable because of fuel system. The gas turned because of sitting so long requiring a complete fuel system repair. I do not know the condition of transmission or running gear. The interior of the car is complete but is also in need of repair. I can provide more pictures if requested, but please be specific in your requests. All numbers match and the engine has never been overhauled. I have tried to give an accurate description of the vehicle, if you have any questions please ask. If you need more pictures I will try to get them. This is a No-Reserve auction and the car will be sold to the highest bidder. My father has a clear Texas title for the car that will be delivered to the new owner upon receipt of clear payment. A $200 deposit is due within 24 hours, the balance in 5 days, sorry no-exceptions. This car is not drivable and needs to be removed within a reasonable time. However, I will work with the new owner as best as I can. Transportation/shipping is the responsibility of the new owner.
