Up for sale is my 2005 Honda S2000 roadster. Before I begin, a quick disclaimer:If you've gotten this far, you probably know all about this car. Congratulations, you are among friends. That being said, much of my description shall be a bit overly familiar. The remainder will be an attempt to answer all of the other questions that anyone else will want to know. With this in mind let's begin. This is the second generation (AP2) version of this car. The same amount of power, but a little easier to drive than the first version. This one has a remarkably low 19,348 miles on it. The best thing about this car is that nothing has been done to it. No ground effects, no aftermarket suspension, wheels, stereo, etc. Not saying that there is anything wrong with that, just that you don't have to pay for someone else's bad taste. It is a blank canvas; do with it as you wish. It has the original Honda AM/FM/CD stereo and, for the right bidder I will include the Parliament "Mothership Connection" CD (pictured). The convertible top is in perfect shape and so is the tonneau cover. All of the gaskets and seals are like new. The car has always been garaged so it is very well preserved. The leather, as well as the rest of the interior, is in perfect shape. Once again, there are no aftermarket parts or alterations to this vehicle. Although I hate to resort to the tired old cliche, this car has literally been driven by an old lady. She is a family friend who, due to health reasons, is no longer able to drive. I bought this car from her estate. I have done this as both a courtesy to her family and because I love this car. She's had it since it was new and I simply couldn't allow it to sit in her garage and go to waste. It was purchased at David McDavid Honda in Houston and has been serviced here at Honda of Fort Worth ever since. I have had all of the maintenance performed; it literally needs nothing. I had Honda of Fort Worth put this car on the lift and do a full inspection of every inch of this vehicle and it is as mechanically perfect. It has a brand new Interstate battery and the oil was changed in May. Everything is tight as a drum and this car was never ragged out, raced or otherwise abused. I would like to emphasize that this car has a clean title/carfax/history. It has never been involved in an accident, been in a flood or fire or any other shady business. This is not one of those too-good-to-be-true kind of situations. I do know that she hit the right front fender pulling in the garage and it has been replaced. The work is excellent and is one of the best paint jobs I've seen. I am very particular about cars and have polished and clay barred every spec of this car. The paint is truly excellent. I want to be absolutely transparent about everything on this car. The only cosmetic marks on the car are: a small 1/ 1/4" scratch on the trunk lid that has been touched up, a tiny ding on the little panel by the tonneau cover (behind the trunk lid) and a small ding on the right front fender rocker panel. They are so miniscule that I don't think it's worth it to fix them and I'm pretty much the definition of OCD. The wheels have not a scratch on them. The Bridgestone Potenza tires are like new.
