2005 Volkswagen Passat Wagon TDI 5 speed (plus reverse) automatic transmission in good condition and excellent running order. This vehicle has 198074 miles and runs well, averaging 27 miles per gallon around town and 33 mpg on the highway. Oil has been changed regularly (every 6000 - 7500 miles) using synthetic oil. Timing belt was replaced at 150K. Brakes are good and pads have been replaced recently. Cooper tires are in excellent condition. Vehicle has the GLS trim package which includes heated driver and passenger seats, automatic sun/moon roof, tinted side and rear windows, CD and Tape player (includes 6 CD player that just needs to be wired properly - see picture), garage door opener, full size spare and jack, power windows and door locks. This vehicle has a turbo diesel (TDI) engine that will run forever and has been a dependable vehicle for me for 140K miles. It's flaws include light hail stone dents on hood and roof trim (between doors and roof) that are barely perceptible (if you zoom in the pictures you might be able to see them), and Tip-tronic shifter only works up-shifting, but not down-shifting (my mechanic tells me that this is some sort of a magnet that needs to be replaced). Automatic gear shift works fine both up and down from D through 4,3,2. Other than that car just has normal wear and tear for its age. Rear seats have cracking on the left (driver) side and window tinting has some scratches in it, but other than that, a dependable car with some pep.
