Its powered by a 1.5L 4 cylinder engine, and mated to and automatic transmission. The 4 cylinder engine, starts right up with no issues, and idles perfectly. the transmission moves the front wheels flawlessly, and with no issues. There are no check engine lights on, and it is 100% mechanically sound. This Prius is great as it will give you 40mpg easily on highway, and city roads. Its designed to give you the best fuel economy possible as it is great for any road trip, or a commuter car. The exterior is in great shape with no visible damage. The interior is also in great shape with no major wear and tear, and it has no foul odors, and no pet hair inside. Terms of Sale: Once you have successfully won the vehicle, in order to secure your bid, you must place a five hundred dollar, ( $500.00 ) non-refundable deposit on the vehicle via paypal.com ( alemsaajdar@yahoo.com ) within 24 hours of auction end. Typically, we end our vehicle auctions during evening times, so once the winning vehicle bid has been placed, we will contact you the following morning, via eBay messaging to finalize the transaction regarding final payment and pickup. We highly encourage all interested parties who intend to bid, to come and inspect the vehicles before the auction ends, or hire a 3rd party company to do so. Once the vehicle auction has ended, we don’t allow inspections as it should have been done prior to bidding. If you want to test drive or inspect the vehicle, you must do so during our normal operating hours. We are open 6 days a week; you must schedule an appointment during our open business hours to inspect a vehicle. We do not make accommodations if you want to inspect a vehicle at 1AM, or on Sundays when we are closed. If you are not sure about the vehicle, please refrain from bidding. We ask all interested parties to please bid only what you can afford to bid, or have secured financing prior to auction end. We are a fast paced dealership and try to move our inventory quickly. Fees: Non Connecticut Residents: We charge all out of state buyers, a $300.00 dealer documentation fee, for processing all paperwork associated with the sale of the vehicle, and title transfership. If you need a 30 day temp tag, we can issue them from our dealership for a fee of $100.00 with a valid proof of insurance for the specific vehicle being purchased ( we can only issue temporary tags to people who hold a valid drivers license in the United States. If you are from Canada, you can obtain a temporary tag from the DMV, which is 3 miles from our location, but you must do so during there normal operating hours. If you can’t provide a valid proof of insurance as required by the State of Connecticut, we cannot issue you temp tags. Connecticut Residents: All Connecticut residents must pay sales tax ( 6.35% of purchase price ), $400.00 Dealer Conveyance Fee ( NON-Negotiable ), and all registration fees for the vehicle. Registration varies depending on the type of vehicle you are registering. Please contact us for any information or questions you may have regarding break down of fees. Payment instructions: After you have left a $500.00 non-refundable deposit via PayPal, the remaining balance must be paid within 7 days of auction end. We accept wire transfers, certified bank checks, and cash in hand as final payments. We do not take credit cards for vehicle payments as we are assessed a transaction fee for the transaction. If you wish to pay by credit card, you will be charged a 7% fee on top of the amount you are charging. We do not release vehicles without being paid in full, and having all documentation for the vehicle sale filled out and processed. When you are ready to pick up the vehicle, you must schedule an appointment with us to do so, as we are a dealership who moves a lot of volume and appointments for pickups must be scheduled ahead of time. We do not accept payment from third party websites such as www.escrow.com. Shipping: Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs related to transporting, or picking up the vehicle. Please bear in mind, if you are from the other side of the country, and you want to bid on a vehicle, please calculate your costs for vehicle transport prior to bidding as we do not reimburse you for them. If you need to be picked up from an airport, we can schedule a transporter to pick you up for a fee. You must also schedule an appointment with us to pick up your vehicle as we are a high volume dealership. Title Pickup: Due to fraud and scams, if you are paying by certified check, personal check, or credit card, we hold all vehicle titles until payment has been completely processed into our bank accounts. If receiving the title at time of pickup is important to you, you must have processed payment with us prior to pick up. All Documentation must be signed and processed, and all funds for the vehicle must be in our bank account prior to releasing the vehicle. If you are paying cash, or wire transfer, we relinquish titles to you at time of pickup. If you are shipping a vehicle, and do not come in person to pick it up, we mail you the title with US Postal Service, Priority mail, with a tracking number. If you prefer a more secure method for mailing the title, either fedex or UPS, then you will be responsible for the fees incurred in mailing it to you. Storage: All vehicles must be paid in full within 7 days of auction end. We do realize that transportation of vehicles and scheduling vehicle pickups takes time, we are glad to hold the vehicle for you, at no charge, for up to 3 weeks, as long as you communicate with us, and insure the vehicle. We hold no responsibility for the vehicle if you store it with us, as our location is not fenced in. If storage goes beyond 3 weeks after auction end date, we will charge you a $20.00 per day fee, as our space is limited, and we will not release any vehicle until all storage fees are paid in full. Warranty questions: All of our vehicles being sold are sold “ as – is , where – is “with no written or implied warranty. These vehicles are being sold on EBay Auctions at wholesale prices. When being purchased at wholesale prices, we do not warranty them. If there are any issues with the vehicle, you assume 100% responsibility for all repairs once the vehicle is in your possession. That is why we highly recommend buyers inspecting vehicles prior to bidding. If you’d like, we deal with very good companies that offer aftermarket or extended warranties for your vehicle. Please ask us about them, if you have any questions. Transaction: We reserve the right to cancel all auctions as we also have them for sale locally.
