I HATE TO DO IT AS THIS IS WORTH MUCH MORE BUT MY LOSS IS YOUR GAIN I NEED THE SPACE! 1966 Ford Mustang Convertible - I acquired this from a pilot who a few years back converted this car to 1993 Mustang GT Drivetrain with a 5 speed. He finished it, drove it very little and it went into storage for several years in a dry clean hangar. The workmanship is outstanding. He went out of his way to make it look stock such as a 289 intake with correct carburetor and air cleaner. This has a Borg Warner 5 speed, hydraulic clutch, Dual Master Cylinder Power Brakes, front disc brake conversion and what appears to be a HD front sway bar. The entire front end looks new incl; ball joints, bushings, motor mounts, sway bar, sway bar bushings, front disc brakes etc. The entire exhaust system and gas tank appear new as well. The car is finished in a beautiful nearly flawless Candy Apple Red (Actual Ford Color and original to the car) with a Red Pony interior that is beautiful. The top is new and has never been down! The inside bows look like new. It was put on so well you could crack walnuts on it! This car is purportedly from Florida and has never had any rust. It’s a dual mirror car, GT dash, Power top, am/fm correct fitting aftermarket radio, beautiful wood wheel, seatbelts, new convertible boot and floor mats. The chrome is all very good. The pictures speak for themselves the car is beautiful. This is a deal because you get the classic Mustang with the drivability and horsepower of a modern car. The average car guy would never even know by looking. A few things I would do; new tires, they’re old, front alignment everything’s new just to be safe and he never got the adapter for the speedometer cable which should be an easy get from Mustangs Unlimited. I cannot verify that the mileage is correct but judging by the condition I have no reason to believe it is not. Please don't ask reserve unless you are the high bidder.
