1984 Honda Magna

1984 Honda V65 Magna, 1100cc, 35994mi-----Does not run. no title available, bill of sale only which in a lot of states after 20 years that's all they need...but honestly I don't know or care what your state's laws are, check on your own. Cranks over fine, that's as far as I ever tried. Complete, was told it ran when parked 2-3 yrs ago. Looks ok, paint average. I was also told it has the "oiling upgrade"? done...not sure what that amounts to but it's supposed to be there. Tires obviously old, front is flat, seat has a few seams pulling apart, tank has some light dings, pipes look decent. No battery. I have not even polished or cleaned it up, what you see is the raw product...took it in on trade and here it is. Take a look, ask me any legitimate questions, Thanks
