Vehicle Detail

I invite you to look at my "feedback as a seller" (which is best viewed on a pc / mac, as opposed to a tablet / Ipad / mobile device). See what the people I've sold other cars to say when I sold them a Viper or Mercedes-Benz. I've also sold other big-ticket items, such as a motorcycle and a Rolex. I am an honest seller on Ebay and I can tell you flat out that this Porsche is one heck of a car, and at this price point, is simply an outstanding deal! 05/27/2015 - NOTE:Regarding modification, maintenance records and original lease: Records from before my purchase are limited, but I will email you what I have and the records for what I've had done while owning the car. If you'd like a copy, simply send me a message including your email address and I will respond with a multi-page .pdf, which will also include a copy of the original lease (showing my purchase price). Here are highlights of what I have: Before my purchase, these were installed and the car was tuned, which included programming of the ECU and Dyno run:- 2 Garrett GT30R Turbos- 2 Wastegate 44mm- Twin Turbo Muffler- Modified Oil & Fuel Lines- Turbo Cooler- Intake Pipes- 2 Intercoolers- Profec B spec- 997 Transmission Control Unit After I purchased, these are the major things I've had done, aside from fluid changes, tires and regular maintenance:- New 997 coil packs and spark plugs- Engine-out transmission fluid leak fixed, including sealing rings and oil pan gasket- Transmission fluid flush and replacement- New Mass Airflow Sensor- Driver's side turbo cartridge repaired *** I am offering a 100% satisfaction guarantee with this car. See the details below. *** Click here for additional photos Click here for a video walk-around Click here for a video high-speed pass This car started out as a stock Porsche Turbo, but was highly modified in February 2008, with 31,873 miles on it (which is documented). The owner at that time had intentions of creating a GT2 replica, with an automatic transmission. The build, between parts, fabrication, installation and tuning, cost over $60k. You will not find another one with all the best parts on both the engine and the body like this one. On pump gas, it puts out 600hp, but can readily be tuned up to 1000hp, the way it's set up right now. There are 2 programmed tunes on it, with a "low" setting for a valet or inexperienced driver. As I mentioned, this car can put out much more power if you want to add a tune. It has a full body Techart kit, Evoms 700 package, Garret GT30R turbos, GReddy boost controller and 4-wheel Brembo big brake kit with over-sized rotors, HRE 590RS forged rims, among others. I purchased this car for over $67k in September 2010 on a lease-to-purchase (documented) with 49,777 miles on it. When I paid the balance of the agreement, the dealership did not deliver the title. I had to use legal means over quite an extended period of time to get it. I later found that it had a totally clean and clear title, but also an outstanding bank lien on it, before it was delivered to me. The lien was do to the fact the owner of the dealership sold me his personal car that still had a $17k balance owed to the bank. After going through legal channels, the owner was forced to pay off the lien and deliver the title; it was with a mileage "not actual" status. I tried to have DMV review the situation, but was ultimately stuck with it the way it is. I signed an odometer disclosure during the original lease unaware that I was releasing the dealer from any liability. I have the paperwork to show anyone who's interested. With that said, I've had it for 5 years and have made certain that everything on the car is the way it should be. I've put the time and money into making sure all the functionality of the car is outstanding and have all the repair and maintenance records since the day I bought it. Since I've owned it, I've had it to several shops and the local Porsche dealership, but found that the best mechanics in the world for this type of modified car are at Titan Motorsports in Orlando, FL, which is who has done almost everything to this car. This includes having had the engine and transmission dropped for service within the last 2 months - less than 100 miles ago. This service included replacement of the transmission gasket, replacement of the filter cartridge in one turbo and a seal on the intake hose. Fluids were changed as well, using fully synthetic oil. It has always been garage kept and treated like a show car. The rear tires have less than 1000 miles on them, with 90% or more tread and the front have 75-85% tread; the air is frigid. The car is damn near perfect now and I guarantee anyone who's looking for a car like this, will hands-down love it and be proud to own it. I'm so sure, I am offering a risk-free guarantee. Keep in mind the title is not Salvage or Rebuilt/Reconstructed; I've included a picture of the title in this listing. The rear spoiler is set to stay down in a fixed position. It is fully equipped with hydraulics, but driver's side hydraulic ram has a minor fluid leak. It had this leak when I purchased the car 5 years ago, which I had it filled for $150.00 (documented) - it lasted for 2 or more years. I was going to fix it, but decided to have it made stationary. It stays down at all speeds without any error messages or lights. It can be made functional again very inexpensively - some people fill the hydraulics themselves in the comfort of their homes for about $20 in materials and about 2 hours of time to spare (Google search: "fixed spoiler hydraulic rams w/ stop leak"). I personally never liked the spoiler raised up because it sits awfully high and it stays up after 75 mph. That means it's always up on the highway and it makes the control of the car more sensitive because of the down-force on the rear tires - which translates to a less enjoyable comfort while cruising. Again, that was my opinion, but everything is still in place to have a working spoiler with relative ease and low cost. The stereo has a color display that comes out of the dash, but video doesn't play. It can be fixed with a parking brake sensor wire attached to the head unit or a brake bypass. I purchased the bypass so DVDs could be played while driving, but have not installed it; it comes with the car. The hydraulic arms that hold the front trunk lid up need to be replaced as they don't hold it up all the time - depends on the weather. The rear engine compartment lid stays up without any issues, so it's just the front. Also, the cushion of the passenger seat has some mild leather tightening near the seams, which has been exactly like that since I purchased the car. The seams are still perfectly intact and I've kept the leather well treated so it has never gotten worse. Please see the picture of the cushion I've included in the "additional pictures" link above. The car is incredible in person, so keep in mind I took many of the pictures in this listing in direct sunlight to show every bit of detail possible - I don't want there to be any surprises to the buyer. You will see many additional photos from the link above. The paint and interior show better than what's in the pics, but again, the sunlight makes the paint look a little lighter and washes some of the color out of the black leather. The HRE Rims are in impeccable condition, almost perfect; there is no road rash whatsoever on any of them. I even had etched alloy center caps installed, which won't fade out and can be polished, unlike the plastic ones that they came with. For a car of this age, it is way above average. It drives perfectly and the steering is very tight. The ride is perfectly straight and very rigid because the car has been lowered with a race suspension. It starts up flawlessly and totally represents the reliability of the Porsche brand. Here's my 100% satisfaction guarantee that I am offering in this auction to allow a buyer to feel confident in their purchase and essentially take the risk out of buying a car that doesn't have a clean AutoCheck report. If the buyer of this car is unsatisfied in any way, shape or form upon pick-up of the car, I will gladly cancel the entire transaction at no cost to the buyer. That means, if you arrive to pick it up, if you take it for a test drive, take it to a dealership to be inspected (located in a reasonable proximity and at your expense), or even just look at the car and you don't want it, it will be cancelled without any further obligation on your part. This car is totally outstanding in it's appearance and functionality. There are no fluid leaks and no check engine or error lights on. You will not be disappointed with this car in any way. * If you have less than 3 feedback, please message me before bidding.
