Fuzzy Dice Autos Has up for auction a gorgeous and very rare 1965 Corvair Corsa Turbo in completely restored condition. Only 6,750 since it’s complete restoration. This rare Corvair boasts many “best of class” trophies in East coast car shows. We purchased this Corvair in an estate sale. It’s one of two Corvairs we purchased. The other a 1963 Corvair Turbo Charged Spider Convertible in equally as nice condition. The factory color “Fawn” was a rare color in the 65 Corvair. It too was done to perfection during the full restoration project. It shines like new. No blemishes anywhere. The automatic white hardtop is in excellent condition. The power top goes up and down with ease. The rear plastic window is also like new. Zips open and closed with ease. The wire wheel hubcaps, the tires, chrome and glass are all excellent. The under carriage, floors and trunk pan are clean and solid. Not a hint of rust or body filler anywhere. Thousands upon thousands of dollars were spent bringing this beauty back to “like new” condition. The original interior is also complete and in all around excellent condition. The only slight flaw being a seam split on the passenger’s seat cushion. The carpeting was replaced with period correct material. The dash pad is excellent and everything on board works perfectly. The original factory stock 180 HP turbo charged motor runs fast and quiet. The four-speed manual transmission shifts smoothly through all the gears. He best part is taking her down the road. She’s very responsive and a blast to drive. We fully serviced the car and made it ready for the lucky winner to enjoy her just as the prior owner did.
